The conference fee includes lunches, teas and coffees, conference proceedings, the conference bag, access to all conference sessions and the receptions.

There will be additional fees for the accommodation, the conference banquet and the excursions. Please book your accommodation early.

Those who wish to bring children under 12 years to either of the excursions should register for right amount of participants and indicate in the dietary requirements box that one of the participants (or more) is a child under 12. The organizers will then deduct from the total payment the correct amount and send a new invoice. See Social Programme for the excursion fees.

If you attend both USE-2008 and DH2008 conferences, there will be a discount of € 100 (€ 50 for students) from the total sum of the conference fees.
